Citizens Memorial Hospital is a comprehensive rural healthcare system established in 1982. Located in Bolivar, Missouri, CMH serves eight counties in southwest Missouri. CMH is an 86-bed acute care hospital and is a Level III Trauma Center, Level II STEMI Center and Level III Stroke Center.

In addition to hospital services, CMH includes 34 primary care and specialty care physician clinics, rehabilitation services, and ambulance services in three counties. CMH Foundation operates six long-term care facilities, a residential care center, retail pharmacies, and a broad range of home care services.

Our expanding health care system is nestled between the Ozark Mountains and beautiful lakes in rural southwest Missouri – the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and scenic beauty.

CMH recently completed a new patient tower and hospital renovations that bring together modern technology, private patient rooms and thoughtfully designed spaces that support exceptional patient care.
